Kindly review the rental terms and conditions for our Ho Tram villas

We are dedicated to offering our guests a superior and comfortable stay at our Ho Tram villas. To maintain our high standards of service, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines and help us create a pleasant living environment.

Accommodation guidelines:

• The number of guests staying for 2 Villas is 12 adults and 2 children under 6 years old (children 1m2 or less)
•  In case, more than 12 people, there will be an additional charge as follows: 500,000 VND/adult and 300,000 VND/child
• Please present your ID card or passport when checking in for the Villa and a deposit of 2,000,000 VND when checking in. This amount will be returned to you upon check-out
• Do not bring pets
• All forms of gambling, bringing and using stimulants, drugs, weapons, poisons, explosives into the Villa are strictly prohibited
• Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00 the next day. In case of late check-out, there will be an additional charge of 500,0000 VND/hour
• Guests wash their own dishes and clean up after the party. In case guests require a housekeeper to do it, there will be an additional charge of 500,000 VND - 1,000,000 VND for 2 Villas (depending on the situation). Furniture in 2 Villas is prepared for 12 guests by default, so if there are more guests, you can bring paper bowls, chopsticks ... for convenience in actual needs
• Vomiting, leaving food, broken glass falling into 02 Jacuzzi pools will be charged 1,000,000 VND/pool
• When staying at the Villa, please keep the general hygiene, do not bring food to bed, into the bedroom. Please be gentle when using household items
• Do not smoke or use smelly food in the bedroom. Otherwise, an additional fee of 500,000 VND - 2,000,000 VND will be charged (depending on the situation)
• It is not allowed to disassemble/move items from their original location in the house such as: sofa mattresses, bed mattresses, tables, lamps, electronic devices of all kinds... (Otherwise, an additional fee of 500,000 VND - 2,000,000 VND will be charged (depending on the situation))
• During the use of the TV and air conditioner, if the remote is lost, an additional fee of 1,000,000 VND/item will be charged
• When a fire is detected, stay calm and exit through the nearest exits and follow the signs in the areas: bedroom windows, balconies, etc.
