Good news for the people and tourists of Ho Tram, Ba Ria - Vung Tau

Good news for residents and tourists of Ho Tram, Ba Ria - Vung Tau!

The groundbreaking of the coastal road expansion project with a total investment of up to VND 6,500 billion marks a significant milestone, opening up new prospects for the development of Ba Ria Vung Tau in general and Ho Tram in particular.

The upgraded coastal road, expanded to 6-8 lanes and allowing a maximum speed of 80 km/h, will improve traffic quality, reduce travel time, and alleviate congestion, especially during holidays and festivals. This will facilitate the movement of Ho Tram residents and goods. With a length of 77km, the new coastal road will connect tourist areas, resorts, 5-star hotels, and villas, including our own The Cottage - Ho Tram Hills, forming an attractive coastal tourism route that draws both domestic and international tourists.

In particular, investing in transportation infrastructure will increase land values in Ho Tram and promote the development of real estate along the route to a new level. This is a crucial factor in attracting investors to Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and Ho Tram, driving economic development. It also creates a strong impetus for the southern coastal tourism industry and improves the lives of local people.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
